Requirements for the best photo quality
What are the criteria for a suitable photo?
Your photo can be taken with a digital camera or smartphone, a scanned slide, or a handcrafted image. Use a JPG file between 500 KB and 20 MB. For the best results, we recommend a bright, high-resolution photo.
Can my photo be checked to see if it's suitable as a template?
Yes. Send us your photo to info@puzzle-design.store. We will check it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I send you a slide to scan?
Unfortunately not. We only process digital photos.
Can I use a photo I took with my cell phone?
Yes and no. As long as the file size of the image is not smaller than 500 KB, this is not a problem. However, most photos taken with a cell phone are of inferior quality, so we recommend not using photos taken with a cell phone.
Can I use a photo I downloaded from the internet?
In most cases, no. Images from websites are often too low resolution. Additionally, you must observe the respective copyrights and terms of use.
