Can I have my own picture printed as a puzzle?
Yes! Simply select "Create your own puzzle," upload your desired image, and we'll turn it into your very own personalized puzzle.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship your puzzle within 2–4 business days. Personalized puzzles require 1–2 additional days for production.
What is the quality of your puzzles?
Our puzzles are made of sturdy, premium-quality cardboard with a matte finish – for vivid colors, precisely fitting pieces, and long-lasting enjoyment.
Are the puzzles also available gift-wrapped?
Certainly! You can add gift wrapping at checkout – even with a personalized message if desired.
Requirements for the best photo quality
What are the criteria for a suitable photo?
Your photo can be a digital photo taken with a digital camera, a scanned slide, or a handcrafted image. The photo must be in JPG format, and the size should be at least 500 Kb and no more than 20 Mb. Please use only high-quality photos with bright colors and high resolution.
Can my photo be checked to see if it's suitable as a template?
Yes, we do. Email us your photo at "info@puzzle-design.store". You will receive an immediate response.
Can I send you a slide to scan?
Unfortunately not. We only process digital photos.
Can I use a photo I took with my cell phone?
Yes and no. As long as the file size of the image is not smaller than 500 Kb, this is not a problem. However, most photos taken with a mobile phone are of inferior quality, so we recommend not using photos taken with a mobile phone.
Can I use a photo I downloaded from the internet?
No, in at least 9 out of 10 cases. The files used on websites are usually of inferior quality and you also need to consider copyright when using such recordings.
